Investment in a Konvekta system is not only the purchase of a product, it’s also the security of a reliable system and an optimal “return on investment”. Konvekta service does not end with the delivery, installation, and commissioning of the ERS. During the first 12 months, the system is monitored and optimized (see also >>>Operation optimization) based on actual operating conditions. This enhances economic efficiency and profitability of the system.

To ensure that your investment remains profitable in subsequent years, Konvekta offers various CARE MODULES for optimal maintenance and servicing. Perfectly adapted to your needs, the CARE MODULES offer the certainty that the high-performance ERS will meet the requirements for performance and optimal recovery throughout its operating life.

Konvekta systems are equipped with VPN access. This allows Konvekta’s operating personnel to monitor your system from a distance and take corrective action if necessary. This is done at any time, strictly according to the procedures and guidelines requested by your IT department. Initial operational optimization and continuous monitoring are extremely important to identify potential problems and avoid significant performance degradation.

DATA CARE

You always have an overview of your investment. We take care of it.

Your ERS data is routinely retrieved and analyzed. You can retrieve the graphically displayed data at any time using the online portal on the Konvekta website. You can evaluate your ERS data according to your needs and if necessary, contact our specialists for further support.

STANDARD CARE

We constantly evaluate your data and support you in the event of a malfunction.

In addition to the services of the DATA CARE package, our specialists evaluate your system data on a monthly basis. If a problem is detected, we can solve it, in most cases, using external access from our service center. If further intervention is required, we respond within 72 hours.

EXTENDED CARE

We monitor your ERS regularly and support you if there are malfunctions.

The system data is evaluated weekly and made available on our website. Our specialists make an annual on-site inspection all ERS components. If there are malfunctions, we access your system directly from our service center. If on-site service is needed, our maximum response time is 48 hours.
